When it came to the installation, Joe provided outstanding craftsmanship, meticulously installing the cabinets, with attention to every detail. "In 2006, we decided to renovate our kitchen and adjacent dining room. We heard a lot of positive feedback regarding Creative Design Construction and booked a consultation.

We met with our remodeling consultant at showroom which offers many beautiful model kitchens and assorted accessories. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty immediately made up our minds. After spending some time in the showroom, we knew at that moment Creative Design Construction was the company we wanted to use. Our renovation began shortly after.

When we first approached your company, we had already spent over $5,000.00 on an architect and we still were not completely satisfied with the plan. After our initial meeting with a remodeling consultant, we quickly realized that expenditure was completely unnecessary. Creative Design understood exactly what we were looking for and had the design and building knowledge to know what could be done and what would work for our project.

| After the consultant drew the new plans, we got the room we were dreaming of. And they knew exactly how to build it.
From the very beginning, we knew we had made the right decision. The Creative Design staff was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and best of all dependable, timely and responsible. All the employees, including office staff, project managers and craftsmen were more than accommodating.
As everyone knows, major construction projects can be a bit intimidating. There are always obstacles along the way but with Creative Design on the project, those obstacles never amounted to anything but a positive experience for all involved.
With Creative Design employees spending so much time at our home, they almost became part of the family. It became much too quiet when the project was completed and they all left.

"As the owner of your own business, I realize that you cannot possibly be everywhere all the time so I just wanted to be your eyes and ears for a minute to let you know about your employee Hairo. |

From the first minute he stepped foot in our home, he treated it as if it were his own home. Everyone on your team was courteous but Hairo took a personal interest in our project including checking up on things over the weekend to make sure all was well and to keep us continuously updated on any work or schedule changes.
He was always aware of what was happening and he was always pleasant and smiling. The people that he worked with on the job knew what was expected of them and thanks to Hairo, always knew what was going on.
Even when we were on vacation in the middle of the project, I knew that our home was in capable hands and there was never a time that Hairo was unreachable. He kept us updated and contacted us if there were any questions that the crew had. All this combined with his attention to detail and craftsmanship makes him one of a kind.
There are two specific instances that I would like to share with you:
One day towards the end of the project, Hairo did not realize that I was listening, he was talking out loud to himself and was concerned that the porta-potty was costing your company money and was not being used.
The second instance was when he was reminding another, newer Creative employee that when you are in a "Creative" shirt, you represent every aspect of the company and always need to put your best foot forward.
As a businessman, I know the value of a good employee. I would do anything to have an employee like Hairo on my team every day and he should be commended for a job well done.
